Palma de Mallorca · Balearic Islands
ZELLGIPFEL guides people and businesses across Mallorca through intermittent hypoxic–hyperoxic training: 20 to 40 minutes lying down, with no physical effort. We advise in German, English and Spanish — from Palma across the whole island.
Free, non-binding and with no sales pressure.
Mallorca is an island of movement: road cycling in the Serra de Tramuntana, hiking the coastal trails, swimming, padel, sailing. Anyone who stays that active also pays attention to the recovery in between — and that is where cell training comes in.
With IHHT you breathe through a mask, alternating between air with less and air with more oxygen. The stimulus resembles time spent at altitude, except that you simply lie still. No sweating, no sports kit, nothing to do afterwards.
We support private clients in their island homes as well as clinics, longevity centres, hotels, spas and studios that want to add IHHT to what they offer.

Who it is for
Four typical starting points — each with its own route to the right setup.
A permanent station in the finca or city apartment, installed and explained on site. Instruction for the whole household on request.
Cycling, triathlon, trail running: cell training as a calm building block alongside the actual training plan — especially during intense island weeks.
An addition to an existing offering, including team training, workflow planning and a realistic look at utilisation.
One quiet room is enough. We plan space, workflow and supervision so the setup runs without any building work.
How it works
Always the same structure, always individually controlled.
How an IHHT session works
Schematic: phases alternate, with length and intensity based on your readings.
01
You lie or sit comfortably and put on the mask. Oxygen saturation and pulse are measured throughout.
02
Air with less and more oxygen in turn, with length and intensity adjusted to your readings.
03
A calm final phase and a short look at the session data. Then your day carries on as normal.
Technology
Devices and procedure meet European requirements for medical devices.
Certified under MDR 2017/745, manufactured to ISO 13485:2016.
Developed and built in Germany, with service and maintenance clearly arranged.
Oxygen saturation and pulse steer the intervals in real time.
Suitable for living rooms, treatment rooms and hotel relaxation areas.
Location
A contact on the island rather than a hotline: advice, installation and instruction all come from us in person.
Areas we cover
And the rest of the island. Beyond Mallorca we also advise clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Common questions
We are based in Palma de Mallorca. Advice, installation and instruction take place where you are — in Palma, the south-west, the north or anywhere else on the island.
No. The session takes place sitting or lying down, with no physical effort. What matters is the individually controlled air mixture, not movement.
Usually 20 to 40 minutes, including settling in and a short review of the data.
German, English or Spanish — you choose whichever you are most comfortable with.
Often it does. You need a quiet room, a power socket and one trained contact person. We provide a calculator to estimate utilisation.
If you have a pre-existing condition or are in treatment, a medical assessment is required before using IHHT.

IHHT is not a medicine and replaces neither a medical diagnosis nor treatment. Experiences differ from person to person. If you have a pre-existing condition, a medical assessment is required.
